Return & Refund Policy

At Sultan Honey, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, especially honey and food items, the following return policy applies:

1. Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

3. Honey and food products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or altered may not qualify for a full refund. Partial refunds may be issued depending on the condition of the returned product after inspection.

4. Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or customer tampering are not eligible for return or refund.

5. Orders canceled before shipment or before a shipping label has been created are eligible for a full refund.

6. If an order has already been shipped or handed over to the shipping carrier, shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs and original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error.

7. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective or non-damaged items.

8. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

9. Refunds are processed after the returned items are received and inspected.

10. We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
